Analyse the digital breach in rural areas.

Objetives:

Research the knowledge of information Tecnologies in rural areas.

Population Target:

300 persons distributed in 500 Km² .

Method of the research:

Inquiry. Public Opinion Poll.

This Inquiry is looking to show the knowledge of information technologies that rural people have.

The cost of the project is.

U$S 1000. for a laptop to make the inquirí and the rersearch in the rural area.

U$S 1200 for 2 P.C dual cuore to teach.

U$S 800 for a generator to supply energy to the P . C.

U$S 500 For papers and other materials.

U$S 500 Others – Batteries, cdroms, diskettes.

The study will take place in a mountain and far away region in Uruguay.

Is important that this area hasn´t got electric energy.

The generator is for that. We have a place to put the 2 PC to teach to this persons.

Is a rural school in the area. We have the human resources to hold up this project. The target of this project are women and childrenwho are in more risk.

All we need is the money to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
